The list above details all of the products I used to achieve my make up in the picture. Many of these products I simply could not live without and I'm about to tell you why...

I have been using Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to cleanse my skin for many reasons but mainly because it is PH balancing (which means it's great for any skin type) and therefore doesn't over dry my skin. Over drying can make the sebum glands go into panic stations which will result in the over production of oil... and god knows I definitely don't need that! This product is like a dermatologist in a bottle, it knows what your skin needs and works on putting it right. In the past, I had been finding that some products, especially medicated ones, really dry out my skin and then not only am I battling with spots but I'm also battling dry flakey patches, ugh. Not. A. Good. Look.

I tried mixing my foundation (for a full foundation review click here) with Arbonne's highlighter; I was going out with my friends during the day and I wanted a more glowy, natural complexion. I loved the result of mixing these two amazing products! The highlighter is light diffusing and will therefore illuminate the face and dark shadows whilst minimising the appearance of fine lines. It is also full of antioxidants such as vitamin E which will increase your skin's suppleness. Arbonne is a make up that treats and perfects your skin while you wear it. Buy them here.

I love MAC's Mineralize Global Glow, I use it on my face every single day. Foundation will give your face a very unnatural one dimensional appearance because you are removing the natural contours and highlights of the face. Mac Mineralise Global Glow returns your face to a multi dimensional (just more perfected state) with an amazing, natural looking, sun kissed glow. I apply it, with a light hand, in a three shape along my hairline at the top of my head, down past my temples, into the hollows of my cheeks and then under my jaw line finishing at my chin.

Hoola Bronzer is my "go to" contour every time. You may have noticed that your Hoola bronzer is much cooler toned than other bronzers, the reason for this is that the pigment in Hoola is green, not orange, like most bronzers. This is very important when you're trying to create a contour as natural shadows are cool toned. We want people to think god blessed us with these high cheekbones, don't we?!

NARS Orgasm Blush is a really universal shade. You should always try and match the tone of your make up throughout all the features of your face from your eyes, to your cheeks, to your lips. I find that this blush works with a lot of different shades because it is multi tonal. It really is a great all rounder.

I used my Arbonne brushes for the first time today and I have two absolute favourites, one of which was the angled brush. I love to use an angled brush to add definition and shape to my brows as I find  it gives me a lot more precision and control. Arbonne's angled brush is my most favourite angled brush I have ever had the pleasure of getting my mitts on! The hairs are quite firm, so it is so easy to achieve a strong colour with less product than usual. I always use Revlon's brown shadow to create a defined brow. I used to pencil in my brows but I think a shadow creates a much more natural brow that will stand the test of time. Those instagram brows with the fade at the front concern me so much, it is a trend of the moment (a bloody awful one) and it is going to die out. I don't know about you but I know I don't want to be the girl looking at my wedding pictures in twenty years time thinking "what the £@$% were those brows about?!".

My second favourite Arbonne brush was the blending brush. It was strong enough to pack on colour yet soft enough to buff into the most amazing blend I have ever achieved. As a make up artist, good quality tools really are so important. I used this brush with the 35N Morphe Eye Shadow Palette. The pigment is comparable to, if not stronger than, MAC eye shadows and you get 35 shadows for $19.99 which, with the current exchange rate, is around £12.89! I prefer matte shadows rather than glitter shadows because glitter will highlight an area, which isn't ideal when you are trying to create contours. You can buy the palette here
Loreal Super Liner is hands down one of the easiest most tough wearing liquid liners I have ever used. It is really quite difficult to remove, but I kind of like that! Thanks to the thick felt tip end, it is also very easy to create that feline flick we all love so much.

Let me know your holy grail products in the comments section below! Power is gained by sharing knowledge not hoarding it ;)
